Worldbuilder 3D state (( If you want 3D editor using you must use free serial number you get here www.3dstate.com , here you can find in download 3Deditors also Webmaker including Worldbuilder 6 - it is for building 3D worlds and websites ( you can import into Worldbuilder models from 3D editor )
And you need convert these models on for example 3ds - here Light map maker 0.39 - is for lightmapping and converting formats - it import/export ac3d (ac) , 3ds , dxf, obj, x , terragen ter and Morfit wld, state , morfit . For import morfit files simply go to import and choose morfit wld, state ... , for converting go to export and choose 3ds
Model from morfit format isnt converted with texture coordinates, You must texture manually
